Clinical Feeding and Swallowing Evaluation
If you live in Illinois and want a comprehensive evaluation, schedule an In-Home or Telehealth Clinical Feeding and Swallowing Evaluation. 90 minute visit will include:
Review of medical and feeding history
Oral sensory-motor assessment
Feeding/mealtime observation
Assessment of swallow safety
Comprehensive recommendations, including: feeding plan, diet suggestions, strategies to advance, and recommendations for ongoing treatment
Communication with your Primary Care Physician to coordinate care
Investment $250
(in network for BCBS, superbill provided for reimbursment by most other insurance companies, payment accepted via medical flexible spending account or credit card)
Feeding and Swallowing Therapy
Following a Clinical Feeding Evaluation, feeding therapy or follow-up services may be recommended. These 45-minute sessions completed in your home or via telehealth will target feeding goals recommended and agreed upon following the initial evaluation. All goals are parent/family driven, with emphasis on happy, healthy, safe eating. Sessions may be scheduled weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly, or on an as-needed basis.

Feeding Coaching Visit + Chat Access
Looking for support and advice when starting solids or navigating toddler picky eating? Do you have questions about how to support your child’s feeding milestones? Are you wondering if your child’s feeding challenges are normal, or if they need professional support? During these 45-minute virtual coaching visits, we will:
Discuss your questions and concerns
Discuss typical feeding milestones
Teach simple strategies to help you and your little one on your feeding journey
Coaching visits also come with access to chat with Catherine for follow-up questions and ongoing support
Investment: $125 for 1 Coaching Visit + 2 weeks chat access; $300 for 3 coaching visits and chat access through the duration of the visits

Catherine is a Speech-Language Pathologist, Feeding Specialist, Certified Lactation Counselor and mom of three with over 17 years of experience working with infants and children with feeding difficulties.
Catherine has experience working in the hospital inpatient, NICU and PICU settings, collaborating in a multidisciplinary feeding clinic, completing videofluoroscopic swallow studies, and providing therapy in outpatient, in-home early intervention and private settings. She is confident in working closely with both medical professionals and families to help bridge the gap and work collaboratively to support each child’s unique needs. She will be the support and guide you need to navigate tough feeding challenges and everyday struggles.
