Catherine is in-network with BCBS of Illinois and able to bill this insurance company for feeding evaluations and treatment. If you have other insurance, private pay is required at the time of service, however a superbill for insurance reimbursement will be provided. All phone and video consults are private pay only.
30-Minute Feeding Coaching Call
Are you wondering if a feeding evaluation or consult is right for you? Curious if your childβs challenges are normal, or if they need professional support? Schedule this 30-minute phone call. During the call, we will:
Discuss your questions and concerns
Answer minor feeding questions
Determine if a feeding evaluation or mealtime consult is recommended
Investment: $60 (fee will be waived if a virtual mealtime consult or feeding evaluation is recommended and scheduled)
Clinical Feeding Evaluation
If you live in Illinois and want a comprehensive evaluation, schedule an In-Home or Telehealth Clinical Feeding Evaluation. 90 minute visit will include:
Review of medical and feeding history
Oral sensory-motor assessment
Feeding/mealtime observation
Assessment of swallow safety
Comprehensive recommendations, including: feeding plan, diet suggestions, strategies to advance, and recommendations for ongoing treatment
Communication with your Primary Care Physician to coordinate care
Investment $250 (in network for BCBS, and reimbursable by most other insurance companies)
Feeding Therapy
Following a Clinical Feeding Evaluation, feeding therapy or follow-up services may be recommended. These 45-minute sessions completed in your home or via telehealth will target feeding goals recommended and agreed upon following the initial evaluation. All goals are parent/family driven, with emphasis on happy, healthy, safe eating. Sessions may be scheduled weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly, or on an as-needed basis.
Investment $125 (in network for BCBS, and reimbursable by most other insurance companies)

These 1:1 consults are NOT a speech or feeding service, even though we are speech language pathologists. They are not intended to evaluate or diagnose your child, and should never replace medical advice provided by healthcare professionals providing care to your child.
If you have concerns about your child's feeding skills, we recommend you seek out an in-person or telemedicine evaluation and treatment by an in-state/country provider. If you continue with booking a virtual 1:1 consult, it is implied that you understand and agree with this information.
